Microsoft Integration (Outlook email, Calendar & MS Teams)

Outlook Integration:

Follow the below steps to integrate your work outlook account & send emails via PyjamaHR.

  • To integrate go to Settings > Email > Outlook and click on integrate as shown in the below screen.

  • You will be redirected to the Microsoft login page.

  • Log into Outlook using the Email ID registered in PyjamaHR. If you are the account administrator, you do not need approval.

  • If you see an “approval required” screen, it indicates that you are not an administrator and that your IT staff has set a restriction to only accept approved apps.

**In case you need approval from admin, follow the below steps to continue:

  • If you have your Azure login credentials, log in using the credentials and approve the PyjamaHR app

  • Else, contact your IT team and request them to approve PyjamaHR app for integration. Once approved you can integrate your account within PyjamaHR.

Note: Once the IT team approves the connection request, anyone from your company can integrate their Outlook Account without additional permissions.

You will be redirected back to PyjamaHR once the sync is active. You can switch between the email provided by PyjamaHR, Gmail, or Outlook Accounts as per your preference.

Outlook Calendar Integration:

Integrate your work outlook calendar to easily manage your meetings & interviews.

To integrate go to Settings > Calendar > Outlook and click on integrate as shown in the below screen

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the integration process.

Note: The integration allows you to sync only your work Calendar ID.

MS Teams Integration:

Integrating your MS Teams will enable you to manage & schedule your interviews through PyjamaHR.

To Integrate your MS Teams, go to Settings > Integration > MS Teams Integration > Follow the steps mentioned to complete the integration.

Note: You have to integrate your Outlook Calendar to integrate MS Teams.

If you see an “approval required” screen, it indicates that you are not an administrator and that your IT staff has set a restriction to only accept approved apps. Follow the steps mentioned above (**) to get approval.
