An offer letter is an essential element of the hiring process and with PyajamaHR, you can create an Offer Letter from scratch and automate the process of sending offer letters manually.
There are two ways one can make an offer to the candidate. One is by opening the candidate’s profile and selecting the option “Make Offer”. The other method is by moving a candidate to the ‘Offered’ stage.
To upload an Offer Letter, go to Settings > Templates > Offer Letter Templates.
We also have a pre-defined template of the offer letter which you can edit depending on your requirements. You can also upload your own offer letter by inserting the file or by simply dragging and dropping the file.
