In this article, we'll guide you through the process of integrating your company's career page with PyjamaHR's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline your hiring process.
When you add a PyjamaHR ATS careers section to your website, all of your published jobs will automatically be listed on your website. The candidates applying through the career page will automatically show in the “Applied” column of the respective job card.
To integrate your company’s career page with PyjamaHR's applicant tracking system follow the following steps :
Step 1: Navigate to your profile on the top right corner. Then click on the settings. Then access the Career Page Integration Settings under “Company Settings”
Step 2 : Follow the steps mentioned on the Career Integration page.
You have to copy the code which is displayed and ask your company’s developer to paste it in your HTML or WordPress code block to integrate your career page with PyjamaHR.
Accessing Candidates that have applied through Career Page
Candidates applying for any particular job through your career page will be added to the "Applied" Stage in the job card. You can filter these candidates using the "Source" filter and the source for these candidates is "Direct".
