Apart from publishing jobs to various job portals, PyjamaHR provides you with an option to publish jobs internally. This is mainly for companies who are into campus placements, HR agencies, and other selective recruiters who want to rely on sourcing candidates from different sources like referrals, hunting candidates, events, etc. but do not want to publish this job on Job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn or their career page.

Once this feature is enabled, you can access the same from the "Publish Job" button on any Job card.

You will be able to find the "Publish Job Internally" at the top right of the Publish Job window.

This process will not let the job be published in any job portals.
