In case a single candidate needs to be considered for multiple or alternative openings, you have the option of moving/copying a candidate from one job to another.

To do this, open the respective candidate's profile and click on Clone Candidate from Options.

Choose the job to which you want to move or copy the candidate to.

You now get the option of either moving the candidate's profile to the selected job card or copying it so that the profile remains on both job cards.

The candidate's profile gets added in the Source stage and the previous feedback, comments, or attachments do not appear in the job they have been moved or copied to.
