If you're having trouble finding a particular email template in PyjamaHR, there could be a couple of reasons why this is happening.


1. Changing an Existing Email Template's Type to 'Others'

One reason why you may not be able to see an email template in PyjamaHR is if the template's type has been changed to 'Others' while editing the template. This can happen if someone edited an existing email template and chose 'Others' as the new type.

To check if this is the case, you can go to the ‘Templates’ section in Settings and look at the 'Type' column of the email that you have edited. If the template you're looking for has 'Others' listed as its type, then that may be why you can't see it.
Alternatively, you can also look for the template in "Others" and select the same to send the email.

2. If the template is deleted
Another possible reason why you may not be able to see an email template in PyjamaHR is if it has been accidentally deleted. If someone deleted the template, either intentionally or by mistake, it will no longer be visible in the Email Templates section.

To resolve this issue, you'll need to recreate the template. If you have a backup of the template, you can simply copy and paste the content into a new template and save it. Otherwise, you'll need to create a new template from scratch.
