Submitting Candidate feedback after interview/evaluation

With PyjamaHR's configurable feedback form, interviewers can rate candidates on various attributes, aiding decision-makers in making the right hires with ease.

1. Accessing feedback form from the candidate's profile:

Step 1: Go to the "Jobs" tab.

Step 2: Open the candidate profile for whom you want to add feedback.

Step 4: On the candidate's profile page, click on the "Add Feedback" button next to the candidate's name.

Step 5: A pop-up window will appear. Select the type of feedback you want to add and enter your comments. Click "Submit" to save your feedback.

Alternatively, you can access the feedback form from the "Feedback" tab on the candidate's profile page. Click on the "Feedback" tab, then click on the hyperlink for the feedback request that was sent to you. This will take you to the feedback form where you can enter your comments.

2. Submitting feedback received via email:
Step 1: Check your email for a message from PyjamaHR with the subject line "Interview feedback pending."

Step 2: Open the email and click on the "Submit Feedback" button.

Step 3: You will be redirected to the candidate's profile page. Click on the "Feedback" tab.

Step 4: Click on the hyperlink for the feedback request that was sent to you.

Step 5: Fill out the feedback form with your comments and click "Submit" to save your feedback.


3. Feedback from PyjamaHR dashboard:

Step 1: Go to the PyjamaHR dashboard and click on the "My Tasks" tab.

Step 2: Find the interview feedback task that is pending and click on the "Submit Feedback" button.

Step 3: Fill out the feedback form with your comments and evaluation scores for various attributes.

Step 4: Click "Submit" to save your feedback.

4. Moving the candidate from one stage to another (Drag & drop):

If you did not submit the feedback initially, a prompt will appear asking you to submit feedback before moving the candidate to the new stage.

Step 1: Select the relevant skillsets and evaluation scores for the candidate, then add your comments in the feedback section.

Step 2: Click "Submit" to save your feedback and move the candidate to the new stage.

Note: You can skip the feedback form while moving a candidate from one stage to another.
