Using Comments Section for Internal Communication

For smooth communication with your hiring team, you can make use of the comments section under each candidate's profile. This is a great place to share feedback, updates, observations, or any other details about the candidate that the team should be aware of.

To leave a comment:

  1. Click on the desired candidate's profile

  2. Navigate to the comments section on the top navigation bar as shown below

  3. Drop in your thoughts and insights

  4. Select the visibility setting:

    • Only me (Private): Only you can see the comment.

    • Admin Team: Visible to recruiters, admins, and super admins.

    • Hiring Team: Visible to recruiters, hiring managers, admins, and super admins.

    • Everyone (Public): Visible to all users with access to the Job candidate profile, including interviewers and External recruiters.

  5. Click Post Comment.
