Screening questions are part of the application form that you create on PyjamaHR itself. You can find the option to add these questions in the application form builder towards the bottom left (Screenshot attached).
Once added to the Application form, these questions will be part of the candidate's application journey regardless of the job portal(s) you publish this job on.
Here are a few examples of screening questions:
Do you have at least 2 years of experience in Adobe Photoshop?
Are you comfortable working from office at least 3 times a week?
You also have the option to disqualify candidates based on their responses to these questions.
And yes, you will be able to track their responses on PyjamaHR!
