Wondering why your jobs aren't being published on LinkedIn?

Integration: It's crucial to ensure that LinkedIn is integrated with your PyjamaHR account. This integration is necessary for the smooth posting of your jobs.

(PyjamaHR > Settings > Integrations > LinkedIn Integration.)

24 Hrs Review: After you post a job, please remember that it may take up to 24 hours for it to be reviewed and published. This duration allows LinkedIn to ensure the quality and authenticity of job postings.

Duplicacy: You have to be mindful of duplicate posts. If you've previously posted the same job with the same job description, LinkedIn might flag it as duplicate. In such cases, it won't be published to prevent repetitiveness.

Policy Adherence: It's essential that your post adheres to LinkedIn's policies. If it includes details like salary information (CTC), your WhatsApp number, shortened links (like bitly), discriminatory metrics (gender), etc. LinkedIn may not allow the publication due to policy concerns.
