Recruiters spend approximately 60 minutes each time the same job opening is posted on multiple job boards. Additionally, most ATS platforms require you to create the same job opportunity once more on the platform to handle applicants and the recruitment process.

With PyjamaHR’s Import Job feature, you can now save yourself some time and effort by quickly importing these job openings from various job boards with just one click. PyjamaHR automatically detects active job openings from your company’s LinkedIn and Naukri accounts. When the jobs are ready to be imported, all you have to do is select the jobs that you would like to import and click on import.
To import job openings that are already created on Naukri and LinkedIn into your PyjamaHR account, click on Import Jobs from the Jobs screen, which you can access from the top navigation bar.
The imported jobs can later be published on all the integrated job boards that are available on PyjamaHR. In order to do so, enter the CTC details and the required work experience for the job. By default, these values will be hidden from the candidates.
