If your account is blocked for security reasons, you’ll see a Blocked Screen in the app. Don’t worry—you have options:
Contact Support: Our team can help you regain access.
Remove a Device (Self-Service): Once per month, you can remove one device from your account to unblock yourself and continue using the app.
