Account Sharing Protection (New Security Feature)

We’ve introduced a new Account Sharing Protection system to keep your account secure and ensure fair usage of our platform.

🌟 What This Means for You

Our system continuously monitors account activity to make sure your account is only being used by you. It protects your account in three key ways:

  1. Device Limit
    You can use your account on a limited number of devices. If you try to add more devices than allowed, access may be restricted.

  2. Concurrent Usage
    You can stay logged in on up to 2 devices at the same time (for example, your laptop and your phone).

  3. Suspicious Login Detection
    If the system detects unusual behavior—such as logging in from two far-away locations within minutes (“impossible travel”)—your account may be flagged or temporarily blocked.


🛠️ How It Works

  • Unique Device Recognition: Each device you use is assigned a unique fingerprint. This lets us recognize your device, even if you change networks or use a VPN.

  • Login Checks: Every time you log in or restart the app, we verify your device along with context like location and network.

  • Device Tracking: We keep a record of your devices and monitor which ones are active in real-time.


🚫 What Happens if Your Account is Blocked

If your account is blocked for security reasons, you’ll see a Blocked Screen in the app. Don’t worry—you have options:

  • Contact Support: Our team can help you regain access.

  • Remove a Device (Self-Service): Once per month, you can remove one device from your account to unblock yourself and continue using the app.

  • Fair Use with Convenience: You can still use two devices at the same time.

  • Built-in Recovery: Even if blocked, you’re never permanently locked out.
