Integrating PyjamaHR with Cutshort

This article explains how to integrate your PyjamaHR account with Cutshort, enabling you to automatically import candidates from Cutshort into PyjamaHR.

Cutshort is a job board that primarily focuses on tech hiring in India. PyjamaHR provides a native integration. With this integration, if you have an active account on Cutshort, you can easily connect it with PyjamaHR and import your candidate applications directly into your PyjamaHR account. This article will help you understand how you can connect your accounts with ease.

Integration process

Step 1: Getting API keys

Go to your PyjamaHR account and access integrations from the settings. In the integrations list, find Cutshort and click on the Manage button as shown below

A slider will open, showing instructions for the integration along with your API key.

Click on the Copy CTA next to the API key to copy it to your clipboard.

Step 2: Connect your cutshort account

Log in to your Cutshort account and open any job posting you have created on Cutshort. Within the job posting, locate the shortlisted pipeline. Click on the Automation option under the pipeline as shown below

In the automation setup, choose the action Export to ATS. From the dropdown, select PyjamaHR as your ATS. You will be prompted to enter the API key as shown below.

Paste the API key you copied from PyjamaHR into the field provided and click on connect.

Once connected, you will see an option to select the PyjamaHR job to which you want the candidates imported. Choose the appropriate job from the list of active jobs in PyjamaHR. Click on "Update Stage" to save the settings.

What Happens Next?

All candidates moved to the shortlisted pipeline on Cutshort will be automatically imported to the applied pipeline of the selected job in your PyjamaHR account.
