Candidates tend to apply to the same job from multiple locations making it difficult to recruiters to filter out the duplicate applications. PyjamaHR has a unique solution of managing this for you.
When you import candidates via resume import, our system looks for duplicate candidates in the job opening w.r.t the candidates’ email id(s).
You can choose to either update and merge the information of the candidates or ignore and retain the existing information.
Note: If you choose to update the data
If the information fields like name, email id, work ex etc are already existing, they will be replaced with the new updated data
If the information fields are not available in the old data, it will be updated with the new data
If the information fields exist in the old data, but the new data does not contain the same fields, we will do no changes to those information fields so that you can access maximum possible updated information of the user
